The Harvest Grill project at the Rose Villa retirement community is a 996 sf remodel of an existing restaurant focused on enhancing both the dining experience and kitchen functionality for residents and staff. The renovation included installation of a new storefront, a Turf Beam System dropped ceiling, upgraded cookline and kitchen equipment, and the addition of a grab-and-go service area to improve operational efficiency. Interior finishes were refreshed throughout with new light fixtures, quartz countertops, wallpaper, paint, flooring, and FF&E, creating an updated and welcoming environment.
Deacon’s self-perform scope included demolition of the existing cookline area, finish carpentry and cabinet installation, specialized trim work at the dining room accent wall, and installation of select stainless-steel components. Through strong collaboration with the ownership and design teams, the project was completed on schedule and delivered with a highly satisfied client at closeout.
